  • Cancellation Before Activation: If you cancel your purchase before the digital profile is activated or delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using our service, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7 days), a full refund will be issued after deducting a service charge.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Initiating a Refund: Contact our support team at info@lejensoft.com within 3 days of the purchase date. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • Evaluation: We will review your refund request and determine eligibility based on our policy. Additional information or evidence may be required.
  • Resolution: We will notify you of the decision within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

No refunds will be provided for the following:

  • Printing and Design: Refunds are not possible once the printing, design, or production of QR stands, NFC cards, or NFC stickers has commenced.
  • Customized Features: Features or customizations made specifically for your digital profile are not eligible for a refund once completed.
  • Support Services: Fees for additional support services, such as premium assistance or consultations, are non-refundable.
  • Requests for refunds made after 3 days from the purchase date.
  • Issues arising from failure to follow instructions or from your own technical issues.
